Become an Outside the Box Associate
Deliver meaningful, neuro-affirming support — with a structure that already works.

If you’re a qualified coach, are passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults, and want a clear, supportive way to do that, you are very welcome here, on the OTB Associate Pathway.
This pathway is designed to help you:
- feel confident working with neurodivergent clients
- develop your own approach within a supportive framework
- potentially become part of our Associate team.
Your Pathway
There are two key parts to the OTB Associate Pathway.
1. Understanding Neurodivergence
In addition to a coaching qualification, you’ll need training that covers adult ADHD and autism.
If you already have this - great! - but if you don’t, you can take my training, produced in collaboration with The Chrysalis Effect:
Recognising and Working Effectively with Neurodivergent Clients: a Practical ‘How To’ Course

2. Learning From Fraught to Focused®

Part of what we do at OTB is to work with ADHD and AuDHD adults using our structured programme, From Fraught to Focused® (FF2F).
To deliver FF2F, you’ll first experience the programme yourself and learn how to use it in practice.
You can choose the level of support that feels right for you: Foundation, Practitioner or Licensed Practitioner.
Foundation
Learn From Fraught to Focused® at your own pace
Includes:
- full FF2F online programme
- assessment and certificate.
This is a good fit if you’d like to:
- deepen your understanding
- explore the programme before committing further.
Investment: £960
This option doesn’t include delivery rights or mentoring support.
Practitioner
Train to deliver From Fraught to Focused® with confidence
This is the main route for those who would like the potential to become an OTB Associate.
Includes everything in Foundation, plus:
- coaching handbook (practical guidance for delivery)
- support in the form of three 1:1 mentoring sessions with me or three live small-group training sessions
- eligibility to join the OTB Associate pool
- listing in the OTB Associate Directory.
Investment: £1,450 for the 1:1 mentoring option or £1200 for the group training option
This option is about more than learning content - it’s about helping you feel ready to deliver the programme in a way that feels natural and aligned with you.
Licensed Practitioner
Use From Fraught to Focused® within your own business
If you’d like to use FF2F with your own clients as well as (or instead of) working with OTB clients, this option gives you that flexibility.
Includes everything in Practitioner, plus:
- licence to deliver FF2F to your own clients
- use of the programme structure, tools and materials
- ability to describe yourself as a Licensed FF2F Practitioner
- enhanced directory listing
- access to updated materials as the programme evolves.
Investment: £1,750 for the 1:1 mentoring option or £1500 for the group training option
If you choose to use FF2F in your own business, there is an annual licence to continue using the materials and being listed as a Licensed Practitioner (see below).
Ongoing Licence
Light Licence
Ongoing investment: £330 per year
- continued use of materials
- directory listing
- updates.

Full Licence (with support)
Ongoing investment: £660 per year
Everything in the Light Licence, plus:
- group supervision/support sessions
- ongoing CPD opportunities
- membership of the FF2F Online Community.
A gentle note on investment
Many associates find that they are able to recoup the cost of their training through their first client or two.
My intention with this pathway is not just to teach a programme, but to support you in building something sustainable, meaningful and aligned with how you want to work.

Note that if you’re completing both the neurodiversity training and FF2F, a discounted bundle is available.
Simply sign up for the neurodiversity course first on the booking link below and then get in touch with me, and I’ll send you the discounted FF2F link.
Not sure if this is a good fit?
This pathway may be a good fit for you if you:
- are already a qualified coach
- are neurodivergent yourself
- want to support other neurodivergent adults
- value a structured but flexible approach
- are looking for both guidance and autonomy in your work.
