Being a small business owner, working by myself, I was struggling with motivation and mood when I found out from AJ about this FF2F community.

From the beginning, I realised that being a member was such a game-changer for me because everyone understood my reasons for struggling that other peers call ‘excuses’, which only made my self-talk worse.

I love the fact that I can dip in or out of the different sessions, but I must admit that I have felt better after each one that I have been to because it has been a chance to discuss things that are going on in my life and business and has helped me find solutions that improve my mood and self-esteem.

Just knowing I'm not alone in my thoughts helps tremendously, and I now consider the members as friends who listen and don’t judge.

My super-cynical nature immediately took hold of me when I was told about the FFTF community by AJ.

But I have been proved wrong!

I find it so useful to have, after a few taps of my phone screen, a supportive community that will respond to any queries that I may have about my neurodivergence.  Medication, tips, diagnoses routes, advice for work and so many more discussions have been incredibly useful to me.

Somehow, AJ has managed quickly to infuse her dedication and non-judgemental supportive vision into the atmosphere of the community.

I wholeheartedly recommend it!
